These terms govern use of the HulkPage website, operated by HulkPage Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 286 Kensington Street, London, W8 6ND, United Kingdom.

Who we are and what we do

HulkPage provides business-to-business technology services (software development, cloud, AI, cybersecurity and systems integration), professional capability programmes under the Hedgre name, international growth and partnership support, and venture-building through its studio, 24 Hubs Technology. We do not sell goods or services to consumers through this website.

Content on this website describes our capabilities and group businesses. It is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, financial, legal or investment advice.

Enquiries and engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, supplier, partnership or other contractual relationship. Every engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms and cancellation terms.

Fees, payment and cancellation

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins and invoiced in accordance with the relevant engagement agreement, typically in pounds sterling by bank transfer. Because our services are bespoke professional services, refunds and cancellation rights are set out in each engagement agreement rather than on this website. Where no agreement states otherwise, either party may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice and fees are payable for work completed to the end of the notice period.

Intellectual property

HulkPage’s name, branding, website content and other materials may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission. Ownership of work product created under an engagement is set out in the relevant agreement.

Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
