Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email address, organisation, area of interest and message. If you email or call us we keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies (see our cookie policy).

How we use information

We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, to maintain appropriate business records and to improve our communications. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract. We do not sell personal information and we do not send marketing without consent.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only where necessary to respond to an enquiry (for example with the relevant group company or founding team), to support our operations (hosting and email providers) or to meet legal obligations. We retain enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact unless an engagement follows, in which case it is retained for the duration of the relationship and the statutory period afterwards.
